As Sanitas International Experts, we arrange health insurance with Sanitas — one of Spain's largest private health insurers and part of the Bupa Group. The International Students plan covers students aged 14 to 35 on study stays of 3 to 14 months, from €42.71 per month, and can be renewed if you stay longer than a year.
To contract it you need proof of studies — a matriculation or enrolment certificate showing your course start and end dates. Policies start on the first day of the month you select and can be contracted up to 6 months in advance, so the insured period can be aligned with your course and visa dates. If you are over 35 or studying for longer than 14 months, we review Sanitas Residents options with you instead.
