Stephen Paul Gregory is authorised and registered as an Exclusive Insurance Agent under Royal Decree-Law 3/2020 (transposing Directive (EU) 2016/97, IDD), Law 20/2015 (LOSSEAR) and Royal Decree 1060/2015 (ROSSEAR). We act solely on behalf of Sanitas S.A. de Seguros and never handle, collect or hold client premiums — all payments are made directly to Sanitas.

In accordance with Article 26 of Royal Decree-Law 3/2020, exclusive agents whose activities are fully covered by their principal insurer are not required to maintain separate professional indemnity insurance. Professional indemnity cover and all financial guarantees are provided by Sanitas S.A. de Seguros, who assume full responsibility for our distribution activities.

The purpose of this website is to inform international students coming to Spain — and, for students under 18, their parents or guardians — about Sanitas health-insurance products for study stays, and to facilitate eligibility checking, quoting and policy placement. The website is not a contract of insurance; the binding contract is formed between the policyholder and Sanitas upon acceptance of the application. Visa decisions rest solely with the Spanish authorities.
